THE STORYLINE - SYNOPSIS
This is a modern musical set in Scene One in the small fishing village Puerto Logo,near Havana Cuba.
The storyline is how Melissa Brown became Ria Conchita, her new showbiz name when she moved from her home in Puero Logo to take up a singing job at a night club in Miami Florida famed for its vibrant Cuban music.
Whilst in Miami she meets an English businessman and they full in love. However, when the businessman returns to London, they lose contact. Ria is concentrating on her career in Miami and the businessman on his fading investments on the London Stock Exchange.
Ria’s career continues to blossom. She in invited to star at the World famous Bougainville Club in Paris. She becomes a great success.Success bring for her a suite at Le George V Hotel on the Champs Elysee Paris.
The Businessman is visiting Paris when he goes to a famous Jazz Club on the left bank. Whilst there, he hears that the talk of the town is a Cuban girl named Ria Conchita, starring at Le Bourgainville Club Paris.
The next evening, he visits the Bougainville Club and watches as Ria sings and dances. Their eyes meet. After her cabaret act, Ria visits the table of her long lost lover.
They agree to meet at the Pont Neuf bridge the next day.
In the meantime, back in her hotel, Ria hears the sad news that her Father had died in Puerto Logo. She is distraught.
However, she still goes to Pont Neuf as agreed the next day.
The businessman is held up on traffic. At the last moment Ria sees him in the distance. They meet up and they pledge never to lose contact again. Their love is still alive.
Ria returns home for the funeral of her Father.
A few months later, Ria meets up with her lover in London.
He has had a bad time losing heavily on the stock market but now, things were looking up.
They decide to get married. The wedding is fixed for Puerto Logo. It is a dazzling affair.
The Finale is very vibrant with Cuban dancers, dazzling costumes, Lido style feathers, repeat of many songs in the show. Rumba music and dance routines.
A very happy Finale leaving the audience with the feel good factor.

CLIMATE CHANGE CAUSES
Here is one more theory about Climate Change for you to think about.
Facts first
1- The Polar Ice Caps are melting and causing sea levels to rise putting millions of people at risk
2 - Most of the scientific world says that it is Carbon Dioxide gasses that are causing World temperatures to rise. It is the fault of Mankind.
3 - Climate change is the biggest threat to The Earth ever.
New Possible Causes of climate change
1 - The Earth has had Ice Periods and Hot Periods on average every 10,000 years.
2 - At one time in the past, the United Kingdon had a tropical climate. Evidence of this has been traced, for example, in the Vale of Oxford. Tropical plant deposits have been found there.
3 - In the distant past, Earth has had Ice Ages as well. Glaciated ladscapes are evidence of this today.
New Theory
The main cause of Climate Change is due to the Earth changing orbit in relation to the Sun.
This causes the Polar Ice Caps to melt. So, the Earth is in Stage One of a new Hot Age - which Mankind cannot prevent. In the past, the change in Orbit of Earth with the Sun has caused frequent periods of Hot and Cold climates.
This change in the position of the Earth in realtion to the Sun means more Solar Radiation and Sun Flares reaching the Earth.
Cabon Dioxide fumes created by Mankind do not help and contributes to the acceleration of the new Hot Age - but in a very small way. It is the Mechansim of the Universe and the Solar Galaxy that is the main cause of the Climate Changes that we are experiencing today.
Future Action
Scientits must pay more attention to the rotational position of Earth in relation to any rotational changes in the orbit of the Sun. Solar Heat reaching Earth nedds to be closely monitored. This can be monitored by NASA and other World Space Agencies.
Conclusion
If the Climate of Earth has changed before when there werer no cars, no aeroplanes, no ships, No Human activities - perhaps we are at the beginning of a new 10,000 years Sun Cycle of a Hot Climate which is happening again. Manking cannot stop Climate Change.
Ask yourself this question .....What were the causes of the 10,000 years cycles of Cold and Hot Climates in the past of Earth ?
Can the Scientists disprove this Theory of Sun / Earth relationship as the cause today of Climate Change ?

IRISH BORDER SOLUTION - THE EUREKYS SOLUTION
Cars travelling from North to South and South to North face NO border controls as NOW at the border between North and Southern Ireland.
Lorries travelling into the EU South will have to register their paperwork in advance and checked 5 or more miles into EIRE /EU. This can be done in advance by Internet Government website.
Lorries travelling from South to North face no controls.
The EU gain VAT taxes and Tariffs.
The UK forgo VAT taxes and Tarrifs
Livestock checks as at present.
The Theresa May EU agreement less the Backstop will pass Parliament..
In my view.

I hope that the “ Penny has dropped “ for most sensible, decent people of all Parties in the UK.
After more than 3 years of debate,the truth is as follows -
Parliament MPs are in the majority who never wanted the UK to leave the EU.
The 17 Millions plus Voters who voted to leave the EU won the Referendum.
In Parliament, Opposition Parties want Power and they will look for any way to discredit our Government.
The Opposition have criticised The Conservatives with insults,Not fit for purpose, liers , fraudsters and the Prime Minister May and Prime Minister Johnson should resign. Poor Thesesa Was forced to resign but why should Prime Minister Johnson resign ?
Because The Opposition want to be in Power.
All the blame for no Brexit after 3 years is mainly because the EU will not compromise. Their attitude seems to be - We do not care if Britain is in turmoil. We will not budge from our position.
After 3 years, there is no Trade Deal. Why ? Because the EU forced Theresa May to agree the Withdrawal Agreement first.
Impasse. Disgusting.
To be fair, neither will the British Parliament compromise.
I voted to leave the EU because I did not want the UK to be part of a Federal Europe, and unrestricted immigration.
Now, we need to complete that Irish Border Problem.
But, how?
We have a massive Civil Service full of “ brains “ and a highly paid team of Ministers, 650 MPs, The Press,TV Programmes like Newsnight. Question Time, Forums all over the Country and guess what ?
They cannot agree a solution for Brexit.
To be fair, MP like Steve Baker, Wycombe has proposed many logical solutions. So has many other MPs.
Are they falling on stony ground ?
It is crazy, that no agreement can be reached.
My view now is......The EU will not budge.
I hope sincerely that I wrong.

UK - THE DISUNITED KINGDOM
The eve of the 3rd Decade in the 21st Century
The view of one British Citizen
Honestly, I do not know who to blame for the chaos and lack of unity In Britain Today.
Is it Social Media ? Is it Television ? Is it violent Games ?
Is it our Politicians ?
I am still so grateful that I was born in Britain. I am Welsh but first and foremost, I am British.
I admire and like very much Scotland, Ireland, England and our Continental friends. They are all part of my Family.
I want my children and grandchildren to live the rest of their lives in peace and harmony with our fellow Europeans.
I grew up during the WW2. What a waste of lives.
In Foreign Policy, have we learnt the lesson not to rush into War ? Remember the false information about Iraq ?
But, why oh why are we so divided as a Nation ?
Is it Brexit ? The Treaty of Rome 1957 has turned into a massive EU Political structure which in essence is a Federal system of Government. I think that this is one big cause of disunity today. The British citizens voted in the 1975 Referendum to join a trading relationship with the EU.
No one asked the public if we wanted closer integration with the EU. The subsequent Treaties with the EU that followed have been imposed on us. The Referendum 2016 has caused endless disunity.
Was it worth it ? I do not think we will ever agree on this !
However, we seem to have become an irritable, nit picking Nation.
Angry about everything and everyone.
There is unrest everywhere in our lovely country.
Scotland want independence. Parts of Northern Ireland want to remain part of Britain. Others want to be part of Eire.
Even among Religions, there is a growing trend of disagreement. We are all Human beings and we are so lucky to live on Planet Earth which we must protect.
However, on the bright side, there are still millions of people who are kind, polite, decent and thoughtful.
We still have a growing band of Volunteers. We have the NHS. We have great Universities and Schools. We have an amazing Queen . A great example of Public Service. I saw on television her Coronation in 1953. She pledged her devotion to her realm and she has kept 100% to her word.What a great example to all of us.
What we do have is a Parliament who are more interested in Power Politics, Destructive debate
and selfish objectives. Not all of them but most of them.
The great Brexit Debate has illustrated this.
On Television, I have noticed a growing trend to twist the truth and bias the questioning of guests on TV in such Programmes as Newsnight and Question Time.
I have seen presenters twist the truth, search for traps to question the veracity of programme guests.They are looking for the next sensational story. It is the same with the Press.
Donald Trump invented “ Fake News. “
I agree with him. Many articles in the Media are just wrong with the facts.
We ordinary Citizens need to be more alert to recognise what is true and what is false. A very difficult task in the World today. The Age of the Internet has brought great benefits but at the same time Social Media has brought many problems. Our children and Grandchildren need to be alert to lies and distortion. Violent games should be banned.
Cyber terrorism is a growing problem today. It is as if the Leaders of the World think that they are playing a new online game.
Frankly, I think that we need a period of stability.
How we arrive at this halcyon state, I do not quite know.
Does Anyone know anymore ?
In China and Japan for example, they revere and treat with care their elderly citizens.
In Britain, in many instances, we turn a blind eye.
Our care policies are outdated, if not cruel.
There is a stagnation in creating remedies for lack of staff for the NHS.
We need to treat the problem from Bottom up strategy rather than Top down for the NHS. By this I mean create more Schools of Medicine across the country. Lower the level of marks at A Level from 3 A grades to 3 B Grades and even 3 C Grades. Make year 2 at A level a first year of training for Doctor training entry. Make Nursing Degrees 2 years at University ( year 1 at A level in school. )
We need Preventative Healthcare rather than costly Remedial Healthcare. More Leisure Centres offering Keep Fit, Table Tennis, Short Tennis, Swimming and other facilities for the 50 Plus generations. Wycombe 50 Plus Club is a good example.
We need cheaper medicines and not rip off pricing from the Drug companies.
We need to stop Consultants charging £ Thousands for operations.
House inflation has been so cruel to people who do not own a property. We need a new National Building network supported by no VAT on building materials, low corporation tax, say 5%. Most of all we need creative low cost designs for houses, built on brown sites, land on some large estates, yes and even some land from the National Trust, More Brown site land and even some Green Belt That no one uses. Vast Lands inherited from King William 1 days should be used for building low cost
Eco Villages. No of these High Rise blocks of apartments in inner Cities.
After WW2 the Government built thousands of “ Prefabs.”
A modern day version of the easy to erect Prefab could be designed. It can be done. Modernise the Planning Laws.
There is a lot Britain can do, but will " they" ?
I find the grotesque levels of Payments by the BBC to so called
“ Celebrities “ at levels such as £500,000 - £2,000,000 per annum is disgraceful. At the same time the BBC want to rob Pensioners over 75 of their free TV Licence. I do not want to watch BBC anymore, so why pay a TV Licence ? If these money gluttons do not like working a few hours a week for say £100,000 per annum, let them go. There will be many who can take their place.
I am also worried about “Snap Wars.” By that I mean, to hurry into a violent conflict with Iran or North Korea. A first strike mentality.
Was it worth some 15 Million plus men dying in WW1 just because the Austrian Archduke was assassinated ?
Was it worth 10 Million plus men and women being killed in WW2 because Germany invaded Poland?
Was it worth 200 Plus men dying in the Falklands when with patience the Argentinians might have withdrawn with a compromise sharing of future assets in the area ?
Are Treaties that say...." An attack on one is an attack on all." Is this a Treaty which will deter or a recipe for Global Wars with millions of deaths ?
We must try harder to find Non violent solutions, however long they take.
I find the current wave of anti Donald Trump criticisms very worrying. He does not deserve the hateful words that are posted on Social Media.
This is all part of the mixed up feelings of people all over the World. Perhaps they have become so frustrated by their lifestyle that they want to lash out.
I think that there is a lot of realism about this view of life.
It is taking too long to make the lives of most citizens better.
There is too great a gap between rich and not so well off
Where have manners and courtesy gone today. Young drivers cut you up on the road. Many exceed the speed limits.
Our town centres are fearful places when one sees crowds of young people making fun of passers by. Knife crime is copied all over the country. House crimes are rarely solved.
In our schools teachers are attacked or ignored in the classroom.
In WW2 58,000 young men average age of 22 years volunteered for Bomber Command and were killed in action.
They had character, a deep sense of what is right and what is wrong. How times have changed for the worse.
Schools should emphasise “Manners .” Does anyone remember what Manners are and should be at home and in the Community. Do Parents care anymore ? YES the majority do. But, a growing number do not.
The ABBA singers used to sing.... “ Money Money Money.”
Is Life about more than Money ? Too many rich people crave Money Money Money.
Now, we are about to start the Third Decade of the 21st Century. What will be the future for my Grandchildren ?
Better than the first Decade of the 21st Century I hope.
However, we need a new look at our Lifestyle and
Political attitudes.
My daughter for a present named a Star after my company EUREKYS.
Perhaps I will go there and start again.....one day.......!

Lower the level of marks at A Level from 3 A grades to 3 B Grades and even 3 C Grades. Make year 2 at A level a first year of training for Doctor training entry. Make Nursing Degrees 2 years at University ( year 1 at A level in school. )
We need Preventative Healthcare rather than costly Remedial Healthcare. More Leisure Centres offering Keep Fit, Table Tennis, Short Tennis, Swimming and other facilities for the 50 Plus generations. Wycombe 50 Plus Club is a good example.
We need cheaper medicines and not rip off pricing from the Drug companies.
We need to stop Consultants charging £ Thousands for operations.
House inflation has been so cruel to people who do not own a property. We need a new National Building network supported by no VAT on building materials, low corporation tax, say 5%. Most of all we need creative low cost designs for houses, built on brown sites, land on some large estates, yes and even some land from the National Trust, More Brown site land and even some Green Belt That no one uses. Vast Lands inherited from King William 1 days should be used for building low cost
Eco Villages. No of these High Rise blocks of apartments in inner Cities.
After WW2 the Government built thousands of “ Prefabs.”
A modern day version of the easy to erect Prefab could be designed. It can be done. Modernise the Planning Laws.
There is a lot Britain can do, but will " they" ?
I find the grotesque levels of Payments by the BBC to so called
“ Celebrities “ at levels such as £500,000 - £2,000,000 per annum is disgraceful. At the same time the BBC want to rob Pensioners over 75 of their free TV Licence. I do not want to watch BBC anymore, so why pay a TV Licence ? If these money gluttons do not like working a few hours a week for say £100,000 per annum, let them go. There will be many who can take their place.
I am also worried about “Snap Wars.” By that I mean, to hurry into a violent conflict with Iran or North Korea. A first strike mentality.
Was it worth some 15 Million plus men dying in WW1 just because the Austrian Archduke was assassinated ?
Was it worth 10 Million plus men and women being killed in WW2 because Germany invaded Poland?
Was it worth 200 Plus men dying in the Falklands when with patience the Argentinians might have withdrawn with a compromise sharing of future assets in the area ?
Are Treaties that say...." An attack on one is an attack on all." Is this a Treaty which will deter or a recipe for Global Wars with millions of deaths ?
We must try harder to find Non violent solutions, however long they take.
I find the current wave of anti Donald Trump criticisms very worrying. He does not deserve the hateful words that are posted on Social Media.
This is all part of the mixed up feelings of people all over the World. Perhaps they have become so frustrated by their lifestyle that they want to lash out.
I think that there is a lot of realism about this view of life.
It is taking too long to make the lives of most citizens better.
There is too great a gap between rich and not so well off
Where have manners and courtesy gone today. Young drivers cut you up on the road. Many exceed the speed limits.
Our town centres are fearful places when one sees crowds of young people making fun of passers by. Knife crime is copied all over the country. House crimes are rarely solved.
In our schools teachers are attacked or ignored in the classroom.
In WW2 58,000 young men average age of 22 years volunteered for Bomber Command and were killed in action.
They had character, a deep sense of what is right and what is wrong. How times have changed for the worse.
Schools should emphasise “Manners .” Does anyone remember what Manners are and should be at home and in the Community. Do Parents care anymore ? YES the majority do. But, a growing number do not.
The ABBA singers used to sing.... “ Money Money Money.”
Is Life about more than Money ? Too many rich people crave Money Money Money.
Now, we are about to start the Third Decade of the 21st Century. What will be the future for my Grandchildren ?
Better than the first Decade of the 21st Century I hope.
However, we need a new look at our Lifestyle and
Political attitudes.
My daughter for a present named a Star after my company EUREKYS.
Perhaps I will go there and start again.....one day.......!

FOOTBALLER INCOME 2019
So,Harry McQuire, The Leicester City Defender is to join Manchester United for £190,000 per week.
Now, for taxation purposes, Harry should be paying tax of 40% less allowances ......about £60,000 give or take a thousand or two.
But, will he be paying that amount of tax ?
I wonder !
The chances are that some high earning Footballers might form a Limited Company, in some offshore country. They will pay a minute amount of tax, if any.
What will the UK HMCR do about it ?
Nothing. They are acting within the Law.
Rooney and many more high earnings might use this loop hold to stack away £Millions.
Not only in the U.K. are some of them doing it but in many countries across the World.
For the rest of us, it is pay up or be prosecuted.
Is a Footballer really worth such grotesque amounts playing 90 minutes of football on a Saturday afternoon ? No.
Is the system fair ? No.
In the future, if you are a British Citizen and hold a British Passport, you should pay UK taxes, wherever you live in the World.
This Tax Policy should apply to everyone such as Entertainers and other High Earners.
An ordinary worker might earn £25,000 a year working 5 days a week 9 to 5 hours daily plus travelling time and cost.
If he or she owns a house, they must pay local taxes sometimes about £2,500.
Are we a fair Society ?

NEW GUN LAWS FOR THE USA
GUN LAWS IN THE USA 2019
I have written some years ago about a solution to the carnage in the USA that is currently being experienced.
No one took any notice. So, I will try again.
The Rifle Club of America fight hard to let citizens to bear arms.
Yes, they can bear arms.....a Rifle. Not a machine gum, not a modern Rifle shooting hundreds of high powered rounds in seconds.
Not rocket launchers. Not any 21st Century weapon of War.
So, here is my solution again....
1 - Only people accredited in a Licensed Rifle Club can buy a Hunting Rifle which fires one bullet at a time.
2 - All other weapons are banned with a mandatory 10 years jail sentence if any shop, website or individual breaks the new gun laws.
3 - Any applicant for even a Hunting Rifle must produce a Certificate from their Doctor confirming that they are of sound mind.
4 - The Manufacturers of weapons are to be closely checked.
5 - Websites offering weapons other than hunting rifles are banned.
There will be severe fines for any website failing the law.
Facebook and other social media will be closely watched.
6 - Individual citizens can bear arms but only one handgun with 6 bullets for thief own protection.
The individual must apply for gun, with Certificate from their Doctor that they are of sound mind.
7 - No one under 25 can buy a gun of any kind.
8 - Shops selling hand guns - not rapid fire ones are to be registered and monitored.
9 - The RCA - Rifle Club of America - will not like the new gun law.However, their only objection is quoting the Constitution.
My solution gives them the right to bear arms but not weapons of war.
10 - The Founding Father never imagined that in the future , citizens could walk into a shop and buy a fast firing machine gun for their use without any medical checks.
The Founding Fathers never imagined that the USA would have a population of well over 200 Millions, mixed races,
with a range of Political views, International terrorism, home grown violence, drugs, massive immigration, aeroplanes, cars, Social Media, Internet, Television, global wars and so on.
A completely different World to that of the 18th Century.
The 18th Century American Constitution envisaged The Citizens needs to protect themselves from hostile Indian Tribes and their use for hunting.
11 - What is so difficult to implement my strategy ?
Only the fear of losing votes in Presidential elections.
Let reason prevail. Change the Gun Laws NOW.
